In Africa, mental health remains a taboo that impacts 110 million people and 60% of them are young women under the age of 25.
The majority of these are young women who are victims of physical and psychological violence. In addition, a study conducted by us in six countries shows that 73% of young women in this category are more inclined to discuss these topics with beauty care professionals, and 61% would confide even more easily if these professionals were trained on the subject.
